In response to the incredible reaction we’ve had with our first Call for Papers, The UK Journal of Hip Hop Studies has decided to open another space that focuses on the knowledge and experiences of performers, writers and practitioners. Simply, we are looking for short articles that answer the question:
“How much does regional authenticity matter to your work?”
Contributors are encouraged to use the language, style and form that comes naturally to both them and their work. There is no requirement to adopt any academic style. Articles should contain a brief introduction to the artist and their work.
